To create an account on ProAssurance.com, enter your name and information. Then your records will be verified (last four digits of your Social Security Number and Date of Birth). If your information is automatically matched with existing customer records, you’ll gain access momentarily; you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your account information does not match our customer records, we’ll need to manually verify your account within 1-2 business days. The secure services portal is ProAssurance’s protected website for policyholder services, risk resources, articles and seminar information for healthcare professional liability policyholders, agents, and insureds. From managing payments to tracking seminar attendance—the “portal” provides easy access to various online services and information. Visit the secure services portal page to learn more about it.
